Relaxation

Studies show that regular practice of relaxation methods can lead to a healthier life. Among these methods is deep relaxation, which has been shown to improve gene-fighting capability. The benefits of deep relaxation are numerous, including reduced risk of hypertension and insomnia. It can even help reverse the effects of breast cancer in women.
